A personal server with an AI agent I can message from my phone
A dedicated hardened server where an AI agent writes code, builds the site and runs tools on my instructions.

I wanted to check whether an AI agent can take over development routine without me losing control.
The task
Get an environment where the agent works on its own but does nothing irreversible without me.
The solution
I rented a small server in the EU, locked it down with keys, a firewall and automatic updates, and put the agent on it. Its rules are written into a file it reads before working: external and irreversible actions only after confirmation, secrets never reach the chat.
The result
From my phone I set a task, the agent does it on the server and shows the outcome. This is how the site was built, how interior visualisations were generated and how an AI video service was connected. Details are in the article about the setup and the safety rules.
